We completely disassemble the tap system by removing all faucets and keg couplers. This allows us to clean the high-contact components by hand and inspect the hardware for worn parts, leaks, or organic buildup before they cause mechanical issues.
Circulate Cleaning Solution throughout Entire Tap system
We circulate professional-grade cleaning solutions throughout the entire line system to remove yeast, biofilm, and beer stone. This process follows the Brewers Association recommendation for routine two-week draft maintenance to eliminate contaminants, protect beer flavor, and prevent foaming.
System Flush & Reassembly
We thoroughly flush the lines with fresh water to guarantee all cleaning solutions are completely removed. Finally, we reassemble the components, test the draft system under pressure to ensure there are no leaks, and verify that the beer pours correctly.
